He also represents creditors in negotiations and disputes involving financially distressed debtors. In addition, Roman advises and represents private clients on a wide range of legal matters.
Prior to joining Schindler Attorneys in August 2024, Roman worked as a Senior Associate at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner, focusing on corporate and insolvency law. He holds a Doctor of Laws degree (Dr. iur.) and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2024.
