Around 130 guests accepted Schindler Attorneys\u2019 invitation to join the Business & Law Circle 2022 in Vienna. Following a welcome speech of Federal Minister Karoline Edtstadler, Raiffeisenlandesbank Ober\u00f6sterreich AG CEO Heinrich Schaller delivered a keynote speech during the gala dinner at the Albertina Museum. The panels took place at the MQ \u2013 MuseumsQuartier Wien. In total 25 panelists presented their views on current transactional topics. EMERAM Capital Partners GmbH, OpCapita LLP, Paragon Partners and Triton Partners were participating in the private equity panel. The real estate panel comprised of Deka Immobilien, Madison International Realty, LLC, Principal Real Estate Investors, SIGNA Group of Companies and Taurus Capital. Other speakers came from leading international law firms such as B\u00e4r & Karrer, BonelliErede, Bredin Prat, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP), Gleiss Lutz, Hengeler Mueller, Kinstellar, Macfarlanes, Noerr, Travers Smith and Veirano Advogados. Dr. Sascha Krah\u00e9, General Counsel EMEA of Johnson Controls acted as panel moderator. In the afternoon Gottfried Neumeister, Co-CEO of DO & CO AG, talked about the challenges of a global catering company in the context of the pandemic. DO & CO AG, KATE & KON and Roberto American Bar were responsible for the culinary entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
