Vienna, December 3, 2024 \u2013 Schindler Attorneys represented GTCR, a leading private equity firm, on its definitive agreement to invest $1.33 billion in Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, valuing the enterprise at $4.5 billion and further fueling Tricentis\u2019 growth and innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement was approved by global software investor Insight Partners and Tricentis following a comprehensive review of strategic alternatives. Insight Partners and GTCR will work together with equal representation on the Board of Directors to support the strong and experienced Tricentis management team\u2019s continued success in fueling the company\u2019s further expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Schindler Attorneys\u2019 deal team acted alongside GTCR\u2019s lead counsel Kirkland & Ellis and was led by partner Clemens Philipp Schindler. The deal team further included partners Martin Abram, Michaela Pelinka, Philippe Kiehl and Philipp Spring, as well as counsel Dominik Stella and senior associate Valentina Hekele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clemens Philipp Schindler already advised ViewPoint Capital Partners on an investment in Tricentis in 2012, which together with Kenneth sold its stake to Insight Partners in 2017, again represented by Clemens Philipp Schindler and his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
