SCHINDLER ATTORNEYS ADVISES TRITON PARTNERS ON THE SALE OF TRENCH TO GE VERNOVA

Vienna, 29 October 2026 – Schindler Attorneys has advised Triton Partners (“Triton”) alongside lead counsel Latham & Watkins LLP on the sale of Trench Group (“Trench”), a global technology provider for high-voltage grid components and systems, to energy company GE Vernova.
Triton has signed an agreement to sell Trench to energy company GE Vernova for a USD 9.0 bn equivalent purchase price. The two companies will continue to operate independently until the closing of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory closing conditions and is expected in late 2027. Schindler Attorneys previously advised Triton on its acquisition of Trench and throughout the investment.
The Schindler Attorneys team was led by partners Clemens Philipp Schindler (Corporate/M&A) and Martin Abram (Finance) and advised Triton Partners on all Austrian legal matters in connection with the transaction.
