Our borrower clients include leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, real estate developers, private and public corporations and partnerships of all sizes. We also regularly advise start-ups and growth companies on financing transactions, taking into account their respective business and financing requirements.

We regularly advise banks, mezzanine and specialist debt funds as well as other private equity and hedge funds on lending transactions. Foreign lenders also retain us to advise on regulatory requirements and other legal aspects of multinational lending transactions under Austrian law.

We represent credit institutions and specialist debt funds in connection with the purchase and sale of non-trading debt and portfolios of non-trading debt. Our advice covers the relevant legal aspects of such debt purchase transactions and supports clients on both the acquisition and disposal side.

We advise corporate clients as well as financing banks and leasing companies in connection with US-leases, aircraft leases and public private partnership (PPP) transactions.

We regularly assist clients in raising debt and equity capital through private transactions as well as public offerings. Drawing on our in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate finance, we support clients throughout the fundraising process with a focus on completing transactions efficiently and cost-effectively.
