Schindler Attorneys Advised Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) on Investment in Great Lengths

Schindler Attorneys advised Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (“DBAG”) on the investment by DBAG Fund VIII in Great Lengths, a leading Italian producer and distributor of premium natural hair extensions for professional salons.

Founded in Rome in 1992, Great Lengths has established itself as a global leader in the premium professional hair extensions market. The company combines in-house production with high standards of quality and sustainability and holds B Corporation certification. In 2023, Great Lengths generated total output exceeding EUR 47 million, with international markets accounting for 93% of its revenues, particularly in the DACH region.

The investment marks a strategic partnership with the Antonino founding family, which will retain a significant minority stake in the business. DBAG aims to support Great Lengths’ continued international expansion, strengthen its salesforce and further develop its position in the sustainable luxury segment.

Furthermore, the investment aims to enhance Great Lengths’ global expansion and commitment to sustainable luxury, focusing on talent acquisition and salesforce strengthening. DBAG’s involvement underscores its growing presence in Italy with four platform investments now.
